When not in use, store your jewelry in our Ofelia soft microfiber pouch that comes with every purchase. If you need to clean your items, use a soft cloth or water and a gentle soap. 

Does it rust/tarnish?

Our products are made with top class stainless steel with three layers of 18k gold plating. The plating is long lasting and doesn’t tarnish. It’s been tested under the sun and salty ocean waters. 

Can I shower or exercise with it?

Yes! You absolutely can, although we recommend removing your items to help them last longer. However, all of our items are waterproof and hypoallergenic. The plating is long lasting and doesn’t tarnish. 

How long does it last?

Your items can last a very long time if taken care of properly. We recommend removing them when you sleep, swim, or when using oils, perfumes, lotion, sunscreen, on your body to help keep your items looking new for longer. 

Return Policy?

You have a 180-day warranty from the day you receive your item. 

Do you ship outside of the USA?

No, unfortunately we currently do not ship outside the USA. Hopefully sometime soon we will be able to.
